Creative Dining Services is seeking a full-time Cafe Supervisor at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, MI. The Cafe Supervisor will lead a team of baristas and food service staff, oversee daily operations, inventory, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a cafe or coffee shop role.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff to ensure efficient service and product quality.
• Train and mentor staff on food and beverage preparation techniques, customer service skills, and health and safety standards.
