Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Café, Cheese, and related staff to ensure quality and production.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop staff while maintaining policies.
• Manage schedules, breaks, and labor within budget.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and allergen labeling.
• Coordinate with Managers on inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Provide customer service leadership and escalate issues.
