Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen/food service a plus.
• Knowledge of allergens and accurate labeling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise café staff and ensure smooth workflow in the café and cheese departments.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop department staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Maintain records, inventories, and supplier orders; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Café Manager to manage margins, labor, and customer service goals.
• Lead daily briefings, shift scheduling, and quality control across Café operations.
• Provide product information to customers and contribute to newsletters/website.
