Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Café Supervisors to lead new small-format café locations across Tampa Bay. You’ll be the primary leader—owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.

The role is a store leadership position requiring experience as a Shift Lead or Supervisor in coffee or food service, with a strong hospitality mindset and ability to coach peers under pressure.
