Job summary

Buddy Brew Coffee in Florida seeks Café Supervisors to lead small-format cafés across Tampa Bay. You’ll own guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a tight-knit team.

You’ll be the primary store leader with hands-on training through Supervisor Academy at our Kennedy location, coaching baristas, managing staffing, and upholding hospitality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service.
• Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively.
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive drink and food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards.

Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Café Supervisors to lead new small-format café locations across Tampa Bay. This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy Brew. In these cafés, you’ll be the primary leader—owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.

• $18–$20/hour (based on experience) + tip share (floor hours)
• Estimated total compensation ~$47K/year
