Job summary

Buddy Brew Coffee in Florida seeks Café Supervisors to lead small-format cafés across Tampa Bay. You’ll own guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a tight-knit team.

You’ll be the primary store leader with hands-on training through Supervisor Academy at our Kennedy location, coaching baristas, managing staffing, and upholding hospitality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service.
• Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively.
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with strong hospitality and operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop baristas in real time.
• Drive drink and food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards.
• Support staffing (call-outs, coverage) and basic operations (inventory, ordering).
• Help keep your café running smoothly day-to-day.
