Job summary

Parfait Paris in Mission Hills is seeking a Store Coordinator who loves French desserts and croissants. You will warmly welcome customers, help drive sales, and manage opening/closing duties while delivering outstanding service. A friendly, reliable attitude and weekend/holiday availability are essential.

The role is part-time with the potential to become full-time, offers competitive hourly wages with tips, and opportunities for growth within the growing San Diego bakery duo.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Be reliable, honest and punctual
• Have hospitality or food service experience
• Have previous experience as a shift lead
• MUST HAVE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AVAILABLE

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers
• Enhance sales by recommending our delectable French cuisines and sweets offerings
• Skillfully handle cash and credit transactions
• Opening and Closing side work before or after your shift
• Place end of day orders on our online platforms
• Handle customer complaints
• Have barista skills and know how to make cappuccino, latte macchiato, mocha, espresso…
• Make crepes & sandwiches
• Finding covers for shifts when needed
• Be the point of contact when the Store Manager is not present
