Responsibilities

• Operate Ginna’s restaurant functions, including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all food safety guidelines by State and Local Ordinances.
• Ensure products are received and stored according to SOP.
• Assist in training new associates using kitchen tools and checklists.
• Ensure cash control and till management follows Scheels guidelines.
• Maintain clean workspaces and dining areas; manage opening/closing procedures.
