French Truck Coffee in New Orleans is seeking a Cafe Shop Lead to create a welcoming, organized cafe environment. You will work as a barista, serve guests, and prepare coffee with the friendly service the brand is known for.

Do you love coffee, enjoy supporting your team, and know how to keep things running smoothly? French Truck Coffee is looking for a Cafe Shop Lead to help create a welcoming, positive, and organized cafe environment!

The Cafe Shop Lead supports operations, working closely with the Cafe Manager to keep daily operations flowing smoothly. This role includes working as a barista, serving our guests, preparing delicious coffee, and delivering the friendly service French Truck is known for.

You'll also assist the Cafe Manager with administrative tasks, complete daily recaps in the store log, and communicate important operational updates, team dynamics, and employee relations concerns to management for follow-up.
