Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive front-of-house experience in elevated dining.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong problem-solving and guest service skills.
• Detail-oriented with brand and quality focus.
• Systems-driven mindset with SOP creation ability.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate cafe staff.
• Create and manage schedules to match service demand.
• Lead training programs on service standards and guest experience.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and support.
• Run pre-shift briefings to energize the team.
• Monitor sales, labor, and costs to improve profitability.
• Oversee cafe operations, ensuring smooth counter service.
• Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams.
• Maintain health and safety, and manage inventory.
