Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience (food service preferred).
• RBS state certification required.
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter/exit the Café.
• Create and serve food and beverage items.
• Promote daily specials and upgrades.
• Operate cash register and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per food safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up as needed.
• Represent the club professionally in image and behavior.
