The role requires 2+ years of barista experience, prior leadership, excellent customer service, and flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and create positive guest experiences.
• Lead shifts and support daily café operations.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and café organization.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Serve as the point person when management is unavailable.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
