Qualifications

• Maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with all guest services.
• Required to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 25 lbs.) on a regular basis.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every guest.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and events.
• Generate sales and cross-sell all products and services.
• Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Process and replenish merchandise and manage inventory.
• Follow dress code and company policies, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Open and close procedures and ensure security of the premises.
• Safely handle drinks during preparation and serve customers.
• Take and relay customer orders in a friendly manner.
• Document and report customer complaints to management.
