Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a Café Sales Associate at our Langdon location to prepare and stock deli items, ensure cleanliness, and provide outstanding customer service. You will follow safety standards, manage deli areas and deliver quality food promptly in a busy convenience store setting.

The role requires experience in a food retail environment, knowledge of food safety, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a customer-focused culture.
• Physical ability to respond to emergency situations.
• Ability to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pizza, cookies, and other menu items.
• Ensure deli coolers are stocked with fresh produce and ingredients for food preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in the food service areas.
• Deliver high-quality food promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Adhere to cooking methods and standards provided by the Deli Manager.
• Understand and follow work schedules, stocking procedures and organizational practices.
• Meet performance goals and complete all assigned duties efficiently and to the company's standards.
