Qualifications

• Experience hiring and managing hospitality teams.
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging team culture by training, coaching, and mentoring your team.
• Contribute to scheduling coverage and manage store schedule.
• Create and publish staff schedules in line with local labor laws.
• Review and approve timecards and PTO requests to ensure accurate payroll.
• Recruit top talent in collaboration with the People Team.
• Oversee training quality and provide feedback to Shift Leads.
