Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Rohr Café, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience.
• Serve as the front‑of‑house leader, supporting staff to meet daily business needs.
• Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop café team members and provide coaching.
