Bon Appetit is seeking a dynamic Food Program Project Manager, Culinary Operations & Program Growth to lead initiatives for opening new cafés, managing buildouts, and ensuring operational readiness across our global food program. You will coordinate construction teams, permitting, and cross-functional partners to deliver launches on time and within budget.

As part of the Strategic Projects team, you will drive SOP development, training, and handoffs, aligning Culinary, Catering, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience managing large, complex projects, preferably openings or rollout
• Experience navigating permitting processes with construction or facilities teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills for matrixed environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for new café openings, renovations and buildouts.
• Coordinate with construction teams, architects, and vendors to manage timelines and site readiness.
• Oversee permitting processes and ensure approvals on schedule.
• Drive cross-functional readiness and launch execution across operations, culinary and marketing.
• Document progress, deliver status updates, and drive continuous improvement.
