Job Summary

This role involves supervising food service operations, ensuring standards are met, supervising associates, and supporting financial responsibilities. The position reports to a Cafe Director with three Cafe Managers under supervision. Work involves various shifts, a 5-day workweek, alternating weekends, with growth potential in Charlotte.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates.
2. Plan, market, and execute special events/promotions in the cafe.
3. Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning standards.
4. Operate within the budget and seek ways to improve business.
5. Manage cafe operations.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Associates Degree.
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience.
3. Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
