Job Description

We are currently seeking a Specialty Machine Operator to operate and perform changeover of coffee packaging machinery.

Job Duties:

• Careful handling of expensive, exotic coffees through a manual roasting system
• Change out forming collars as needed
• Flavor coffee as needed
• Retrieval and removal of packaging items by use of forklift
• Stack and label cases of product
• Involvement in all aspects of the production, shipping, receiving, and warehousing of specialty coffees
• Operate and perform changeover of coffee packaging machinery lines

Qualifications:

• Minimal mechanical experience for dismantling and reassembly of machine for correct product specification
• Forklift certification / ability to retrieve and put away own packaging materials
• Desire and ability for cross-training
• Ability to work overtime including weekends on short notice
• Prefer individual with multi-line operating experience and warehouse experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
