Job Summary

Take your career to new heights with Compass Group - Eurest. We seek a Cafe Manager to lead a new corporate dining location, overseeing a busy, multi-site account. The manager will supervise food service operations, ensure standards of excellence, and lead, train, and motivate staff to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates.
2. Plan, market, and execute special events and promotions in the cafe.
3. Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning standards.
4. Operate within budget and identify ways to improve the business.
5. Manage cafe operations, including inventory, ordering, and daily maintenance.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred
