Job Summary

This role involves leading a busy, dynamic, multi-site account, supervising food service operations, ensuring standards of excellence, and motivating staff to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates.
• Plan, market, and execute special events/promotions in the cafe.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Operate within the budget and identify ways to improve business.
• Manage cafe operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, healthcare, or related food service operations
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ServSafe or Health Department Certification preferred
