Responsibilities

• Prepare fudge products and sell to customers
• Perform all Ginna’s cafe functions, including barista duties, ice cream, baked goods, fudge, and other tasks as assigned
• Follow all food safety guidelines by State and Local Ordinances
• Ensure all products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
• Assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists, and SOPs
• Manage cash control and till procedures as per Scheels guidelines
• Support side work, cleaning schedules, and opening/closing procedures
• Maintain knowledge of Café recipes and prepared foods
• Keep workspaces clean and organized
• Present a professional appearance and attitude, contribute positively to the team, and follow Scheels policies
• Perform basic math operations and interpret safety and operational documents
• Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prepare various foods, drinks, and ingredients

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; up to one month related experience or training preferred.

Physical & Lifting Requirements
