Eataly seeks a Café Lead to guide the brand's inaugural Eataly Caffè, delivering hospitality and Italian coffee experiences across front- and back-of-house. The role is built on exceptional service and culinary standards in a vibrant new setting.

You will supervise operations, train staff, manage labor and inventory, ensure health and safety, and collaborate with the Store Manager to uphold SOPs and allergen knowledge. This role rewards initiative and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising a café or quick service operation.
• Experience and knowledge in coffee/food production and BOH management.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and can stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations to ensure guest service, employee practices, and health/safety standards are met.
• Leads by example to motivate and train Caffe Team Members.
• Manages labor, costs, inventory, regulatory compliance, pricing, and merchandising to optimize performance.
• Collaborates with team members across back- and front-of-house areas.
• Masters product knowledge and allergen information to guide customers.
• Maintains Caffe standards of guest service with hospitable demeanor during all volumes.
• Assists with shift administration, opening/closing duties, and POS operations.
