Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: Supervises the cafe team to deliver on the business plan, communicate department goals, and advocate for members, associates, and the company.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of cafe floor and backroom operations, meet quality, inventory, production, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Be a Techie: Leverage handheld devices and digital tools to plan, drive sales, and monitor product quality and training.
• Be an Owner: Drive profitability, ensure staffing, audit/compliance, and maintain a safe, clean cafe environment.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Train and mentor the team, identify training needs, and support recruitment.
