Responsibilities

• Washes pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, and traps; maintains neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.
• Work closely with front of house teammates to ensure efficient bussing of tables and quick turnover.
• Fast, efficient and thorough cleaning of all cooking and eating tools so tables can be turned and the kitchen can meet ticket times.
• Builds relationships and communicates effectively across back of house and front of house teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Cleans garbage cans, sweeps and mops; operates dishwashing machine according to SOP and follows hygiene regulations.
