Job summary

Bluestone Lane seeks a Service Professional in Niagara Falls, NY to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience as host, server, and barista. You will educate guests about premium menu items and maintain the brand’s focus on Human Connection, Premium Broad Product, Spend Through Service, and Beautiful Spaces.

You will build personal connections, upsell food and beverage, and work closely with back of house to ensure timely orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a full-service restaurant or cafe setting.
• Passion for delivering great hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Able to work weekends and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and explain Bluestone Lane’s dining experience.
• Upsell food and beverages and promote rewards programs.
• Coordinate with back of house to ensure accurate orders within 12 minutes.
• Maintain a clean, organized café and uphold grooming standards.
