Ascension Coffee in Southlake, TX is seeking a Cafe Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Cafe Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety. The AKM will lead by example, supervise during absences, manage production planning, and participate in special events, including off-site catering.

This role requires strong leadership and the ability to work nights and weekends; compensation is commensurate with experience.

• Restaurant kitchen operations experience required
• Food and Beverage Manager certification
• Reliable transportation, able to travel to all locations
• Able to work nights and weekends

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, ~8 hours each workday
