The restaurant features an incredible menu, a chic wine bar, and The Counter, a hub for fresh pastries, coffee, gelato, and take-out. Guests enjoy multimedia displays of iconic Planet Hollywood moments, highlights from its 25-year history, and engaging entertainment on 35 monitors, complemented by a photo gallery of entertainment milestones.

Open 24 hours, the menu caters to all tastes, from all-day breakfast to late-night dinners. The wine bar offers over 40 varietals, with 24 by-the-glass options, along with a full bar and small plates. The space is ideal for pre- or post-theater drinks, happy hours, or casual gatherings. The Counter offers breakfast, coffee, gelato, desserts, and craft sodas.

Essential Functions

• Mix and serve drinks to patrons, either directly or through wait staff.
• Collect money for drinks served.
• Check customer IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
• Balance cash receipts.
• Limit problems related to excessive drinking by persuading customers to stop or arranging transportation.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or patrons.
• Serve wine, bottled, or draft beer.
• Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and drinks.
• Serve snacks or food items at the bar.
• Order or requisition liquors and supplies.
• Handle disruptive customers appropriately.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishes.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Plan, organize, and control bar operations.
• Supervise bar staff and other bartenders.
