La Madeleine French Bakery & Café in San Antonio is seeking a General Manager to lead daily café operations, coach a talented team, and deliver authentic French guest experiences. You’ll manage labor, costs, and performance metrics, uphold brand standards, and grow the brand through local marketing and community relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant general management experience (fast casual or full-service preferred).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Run the Show - Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing.
• Champion Standards - Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
