Job summary

You will supervise staff, hire, train, schedule, manage labor costs, and collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to meet sales goals while upholding quality and service standards.

• Coach and train cafe-level team members
• Collaborate with ROM to meet sales goals and manage labor within targets
• Develop development plans for employees to grow skills
• Lead staff meetings and host events
• Ensure proper inventory management and cost control
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain proactive communication with team and vendors
