Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Director to lead the department and property-wide operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality food and service.

You will oversee Restaurant Service and Production Teams, drive training, and communicate with the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef to meet budgets and guest expectations. The role emphasizes profitability, inventory control, safety compliance, and execution of brand standards across high-volume

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food and Beverage products including wine, spirits, food preparation and cooking methods in high-volume operations.
• Must be knowledgeable in inventory controls.
• Prior full profit and loss responsibilities in a similar diverse high-volume environment preferred.
• Experience in service systems and methods in specialty and high volume restaurants.
• Excellent attention to detail in products, service and the appearance of the outlets.
• Ability to make quick judgment decisions and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the performance and coordination of all work performed by all Team Members in room assigned.
• Provides leadership to Restaurant Service and Production Team through frequent training.
• Analyzes deficiencies and allocates resources to achieve budgetary and quality goals.
• Ensures safety, health standards, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Maintains brand guidelines and company specifications in operations.
• Communicates information to management and team members via meetings and boards.
• Identifies and hires department Team Members in accordance with guidelines.
• Monitors inventory controls and labor/expense accounts to hit financial targets.
• Provides prompt feedback to culinary teams regarding food preparations and presentations.
