Qualifications

• 3 years GM experience in a restaurant or cafe, including hiring and training responsibilities.
• Proven track record of financial management (cost controls, sales growth, profit growth).
• Experience in hospitality technology platforms (7shifts, Toast, inventory management, or similar).
• Proficient in managing third-party platforms and multiple revenue streams (dine-in, take-out, delivery, pickup, catering).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cafe operations and oversee staff performance.
• Drive sales and profitability through cost controls and strategies.
• Hire, train, and develop team; implement service standards.
• Manage dine-in, take-out, delivery, pickup and catering revenue streams.
• Leverage hospitality tech to optimize staffing and inventory.
