The Coffee Class in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Café Manager to lead front- and back-of-house operations, driving an exceptional guest experience with energy and accountability.

You will coach teams, maintain quality standards, and oversee openings, closings, and peak service, while upholding our standards for service and hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily café operations across bar, kitchen, and floor.
• Set the tone for guest experience through 100% greeting compliance and lobby presence.
• Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality control standards.
• Execute and oversee opening, closing, and peak service shifts.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all menu items, recipes, and systems.
• Lead by example in upselling, guest engagement, and hospitality.
• Utilize Toast, Asana, and guest feedback platforms to manage operations.
