Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the culinary industry.
• Ability to work hands-on in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to read tickets and organize food production in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner according to daily meal plan.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, salads and deli items as needed (pizza and pasta production included).
• Stock items, refill supplies, and ensure proper temperatures for safekeeping.
• Assist daily inventories and communicate equipment needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation per Health Department guidelines.
