Job summary

The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, TN, is seeking a Café Cook for McGavock’s Coffee Bar & Provisions. You will prepare café foods such as salads, sandwiches and pastries for our neighborhood and hotel guests.

Our café cook will prepare café food including salads, sandwiches and pastries for McGavock’s, our on-site full service breakfast and lunch restaurant. Smile.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES*** Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards, use records, production and portion standards, per order specks.* Remember all the multiple orders and easily assemble them to specifications.* Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up.
