We offer medical, dental, vision benefits and additional coverages for full-time team members.****POSITION PROFILE**Prepare culinary delights – salads, sandwiches, bagel sandwiches using high quality prepared ingredients for our neighborhood guests and hotel clientele. Be responsible for the daily preparation of food items including baking pastries in a commercial oven. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards. Smile.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES*** Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards, use records, production and portion standards, per order specks.* Remember all the multiple orders and easily assemble them to specifications.* Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up.
