Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all pastas, sandwiches, sides, salads, etc. according to company recipes.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, or griddles.
• Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking.
• Bake, roast, broil, and grill meats, fish, vegetables and other foods.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures by regulating ovens, broilers, grills, and panini presses.
• Observe and test foods for doneness using tasting, smell, or piercing methods.
