Job summary

St. Paul Elder Services in Kaukauna, WI is seeking a dependable Coffee Grind Cook to join our Dining Services team.

You will prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, café, and catering items while delivering quality food and excellent customer service to residents, tenants, staff, and guests. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and ready to cross-train for additional hours in a supportive, patient-centered workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in the food service industry required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in elder care/healthcare or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook meals and café items according to recipes and menus.
• Prepare breakfast and lunch items including sandwiches, soups, salads, and other café offerings.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in kitchen and café areas.
• Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs to Dining Services Team Lead.
• Prepare and deliver catering requests according to standards.
• Follow infection prevention, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
