St. Paul Elder Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Coffee Grind Cook to join our Dining Services team in Kaukauna, WI.

You will prepare and serve a variety of breakfast, lunch, café, and catering items for residents, staff, and guests in a clean, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and committed to quality food and excellent service, with opportunities to cross-train and gain additional hours.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a food service environment is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to food quality, cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook meals and café items according to established recipes and menus.
• Prepare a variety of breakfast and lunch items including sandwiches, soups and salads.
• Develop and communicate menus and make approved revisions as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen and café area.
• Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs to the Dining Services Team Lead.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and sanitation practices are followed.
