Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting customers with friendly, quick, and personal service, demonstrating a customer-first attitude.
2. Selling and serving baked goods and food items, processing transactions through POS, and following cash handling policies.
3. Maintaining high standards in product preparation, adhering to recipes and presentation standards, and ensuring equipment sanitation.
4. Remaining calm during high volume periods, communicating effectively with staff and management, and contributing to sales and profit goals.
5. Monitoring food and equipment temperatures, reporting issues, and ensuring safe food handling practices.
6. Managing inventory, supplies, and proper storage, and performing sanitation duties to ensure a safe work environment.
7. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards and complying with HACCP protocols.

Qualifications include:
