Job summary

Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center in Montgomery, AL is seeking a reliable Full Time Cafe-Bar Ambassador for the hotel’s coffee bar. Shift: 5:30am-2:30pm. On-site role focused on quality and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing coffee to PCH & Marriott standards, ensuring its quality and freshness for guests to enjoy.
• Serve wine, draught or bottled beer, and other beverages responsibly, checking customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Stocking shelves, counters, or tables with the appropriate items to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
• Providing efficient and friendly service for guests purchasing to-go items by wrapping or bagging them appropriately.
