• Transports serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and arranges them on the buffet line with appealing presentation and easy guest access.
• Monitors the buffet line to keep pans full, clean, and attractive during service and checks temperatures to uphold food safety standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes the buffet line at the end of each meal session to maintain hygiene and order.
