Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection is hiring Café Attendants for the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park. You will greet guests, serve on the cafeteria line, bus tables, stock and deliver orders in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for upward mobility in a dynamic Food & Beverage team.

The position is full-time year-round with a typical 40-hour week, starting November 16, 2026, at $15.85/hour. Benefits include housing options, meals, and a range of park-specific perks.

Qualifications

• Previous fast food or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Able to interact courteously with a broad cross-section of guests.
• Must be able to pass ServSafe Food Handler training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests according to company standards.
• Be aware of daily specials and menu items to describe items to guests.
• Ensure all items are fully stocked.
• Assist with inventory and orders for products needed.
• Maintain portion control and proper rotation/presentation of items.
• Keep area clean and sanitary at all times.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
