Xanterra Travel Collection® is hiring Café Attendants at Grand Canyon South Rim. Serve food on the cafeteria line, bus tables, stock items, and assist guests with orders in a fast-paced setting. This full-time, year-round role includes a 40-hour schedule and potential evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Start date: November 16, 2026; pay: $15.85 per hour. Work-life benefits include dormitory-style housing, employee meals, on-site laundry, free Wi-Fi, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous fast food or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of guests.
• Must be able to pass ServSafe food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests according to company standards.
• Be advised of daily specials and menu items to easy describe items to the guests.
• Ensure that all items are fully stocked.
• Assist with inventory and orders for products needed.
• Maintain portion control and use proper rotation and presentation of all items.
• Keep area clean and sanitary at all times.
• Maintain temperature logs and sanitation logs.
• Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all safety and risk management policies while performing job.
• Other duties as assigned.
