As a Café Attendant at Le Café, you are the face of our guests' morning routine. You’ll create an inspiring, welcoming environment by:
Crafting exceptional espresso drinks, coffees, teas, and specialty beverages.
Serving up curated pastries, sandwiches, and treats.
Welcoming guests with genuine Southern warmth and guiding them through our menu.
Managing the POS system, cash handling, and keeping the café looking pristine.
Collaborating with an energetic team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Age: Must be 19 years' of age or older.
Credentials: Mobile County Health Department Food & Beverage Handlers Card required.
Experience: 1 year of barista or café experience is preferred, but a stellar attitude is a must.
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent customer service, and a knack for working well under pressure.
Availability: Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
Physical: Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
