Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Café Attendant to greet Guests, know the menu inside and out, and deliver fast, friendly service. You’ll assist Guests with selecting a quick bite, prepare beverages and food per recipes, and ensure order accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

You’ll work with a team, handle payments, and support opening, mid-day or closing duties. The role offers an inclusive culture, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to become a trainer as you grow with the center.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with management, teammates and guests.
• Food handlers certification as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, building a friendly, FUN atmosphere.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare quick-service food and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Deliver food/beverages promptly and process payments.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties and uphold sanitation.

As a Café Attendant, you know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re an expert on our recipes, operational standards, equipment, and utensils.
