Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Food Runner to bring great food and FUN to guests. You’ll ensure meals look fantastic and arrive promptly while keeping stations stocked and clean.

You’ll be an ambassador of FUN, greet guests and help maintain a fast-paced, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include delivering food and drinks on time, assisting servers, rolling silverware, and supporting the guest experience during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset required and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification as required by role.
• Excellent communication with team and guests.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!).
• Welcoming and greeting all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Assisting Servers with pre-bussing and clearing tables
• Supporting the Guest experience by rolling silverware and lining food baskets
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
