Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of product specs and educate associates; collaborate with cross functional teams; communicate effectively; adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepare food per item specs; plan production; ensure sanitation, cold chain, inventory; operate and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld tech for production, ordering, and training.
• Be an Owner: manage area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality, date control, minimize waste; assist members with purchasing decisions and payment types; resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as brand advocate; train and motivate others to work respectfully and as a team.
