Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Complete required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specs for prepared food; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: prepare food per item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; uphold food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: use handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; support production, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training and product quality with members in mind.
• Be an Owner: drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate; develop and inspire others; support training and teamwork; address roadblocks respectfully.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; follows Open Door Policy; completes tasks by using policies, data and resources; communicates progress and deadlines.
