Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in Rock Hill, SC is hiring for a multi-faceted team member role covering prepared foods, customer service, and operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates, and adapt to business needs across areas. Responsibilities include following item specifications, planning for production, maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, and using handheld technology to support store operations and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: must be 18 years of age or older and complete required trainings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Food Safety Certification; Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future productions and seasonality; ensure food safety and sanitation, maintain inventory.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, support production, ordering, club pickup, and training.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
• Be a brand ambassador, train others and uphold company policies and integrity.
• Complete work assignments by following policies, data, and resources; communicate progress and adapt to change.
